Kristi is an Assistant Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders, and directs the Psycholinguistics Lab. She did her graduate work at San Diego State University / University of California, San Diego in Language & Communicative Disorders. Kristi is interested in the neurocognitive mechanisms underlying word recognition and semantic memory organization across the lifespan (toddlerhood and adulthood) in normal hearing listeners and populations who are hard of hearing.
