My name is Julie Macias, and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Iowa majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I am interested to learn how language is stored in the brain and connect that with cellular engineering. When not in the lab, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exercising or exploring new places.
