Hello! My name is Bianca Robles-Muñoz and I am a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Iowa majoring in Speech and Hearing Sciences with minors in American Sign Language and Latino/a/x Studies. I love working with kids, individuals with hearing loss, and I am very interested in studying language acquisition in a bilingual context – whether it is English/Spanish, or verbal and visual language (i.e. ASL) – but I am still learning and open to all the avenues this field of study holds. I hope to go to graduate school in the future to study Speech Language Pathology. When I’m not in lab or in class, you can find me spending time with friends, eating sushi, or chatting with prospective students with Students To Assist Recruitment on campus.
